30-day hassle-free returns — we stand behind every piece
✅ What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging is intact (or comparable protective packaging is used)
- You have your order number or proof of purchase
🔄 How to Start a Return

Email us Send a message to returns@potshop.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason. We'll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Pack your item Wrap the piece securely in its original packaging or equivalent padding. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Ship it back Drop it off at any USPS, UPS or FedEx location. For damaged-in-transit items we provide a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's expense ($6.95 flat rate).

Receive your refund Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 2–3 business days after it arrives), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
💔 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:
- Photograph the item and the outer packaging
- Email us at returns@potshop.store with your photos and order number
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping — whichever you prefer. We cover return shipping for all damaged or defective items.
🔁 Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase (following the steps above) and place a new order at potshop.store/products. This ensures you get your preferred item before stock runs out.
